Our Story
Deleese Stone was founded in 2003 by Yan Kagan. Yan is truly a master of his craft with a unique skill set that covers a full range from design consultations and shop drawings to product fabrication and installation. Over the years, Yan has worked with builders, designers, architects, engineers and private clients on projects of varying sizes and complexities, and has helped clients better understand which elements work best for their needs.
Our team of craftsmen are long time employees of the company who understand how to handle stone to create the most unique designs with perfection. Our artistic process includes hand drawn renderings and CAD designs. Working with professionals that understand the big picture will give you a piece of mind and avoid costly errors and delays. You can count on us for honesty, quality and timely project completion to meet the most demanding schedules.
Our Capacity
As one of the most experienced limestone fabricators in our region, we are relentless in quality assurance. With a large production shop, state-of-the-art tools and talented artisans, we are capable of crafting projects of any size and complexity.
- 8 in house CNC machines capable of performing numerous levels of customization for any size project to meet your timelines
- Experienced in-house CAD designers accurately sketch projects of any complexity. This also allows us to establish precise completion timelines and budgets
- 14,000 square feet of shop and showroom space and 15,000 square feet of outdoor space with a private gate for continuous year-round operation
- Unique details, finish and polish are performed by hand to ensure that that special design characteristics are accurately captured
Our Machinery
- CNC 625 with added optional 32” blade. This machine is ideal for orthogonal cuts, oblique, circular, elliptical, inclined, and straight, concave, convex, arched or elliptical shapes.
- CNC Northwood (USA) is a synergistic combination of two technologies: the CNC Saw & and the CNC waterjet that uses dynamic force feedback to continuously vary cutting speeds required to achieve precision when creating custom moldings and arches.
- CNC Prussani (Italy) performs contouring, profiling, drilling, polishing, engraving and bas-relief for custom art.
- 4 Axis CNC 18” machine allows for production of custom arches, moldings, corbels, stone cuts of various shapes and depths.
- CNC machine for balusters, bases and capitol.
- CNC Stone Carving Machine for columns with maximum 18” diameter and 118” long
- 2 profile CNC machines for straight profile cutting.
- CNC bridge saw with 48” blade to cut 16” stone slabs.
Our Process

Step 1
Once we receive your building plans or specifications, we will create a drawing highlighting different parts of the project.
Step 2
We build a detailed quote based on the highlighted drawing for your review.
Step 3
Once framing is complete, we will come to your project site to take accurate measurements to ensure alignment with stone work.
Step 4
We produce detailed shop drawings of each piece clearly labelled.
Step 5
We begin fabrication using advanced CNC machinery and polishing by hand.
Step 6
Safely packaged and delivered to project site across Eastern Canada and the Midwestern United States. Installation is available across the GTA.
